This site sets no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. It does not measure you, and it does not pass anything about you to anyone else.

Your challenge answers

Each of the eight guides ends with a challenge you can fill in. If you write anything into one, your answers are kept in your own browser so that you can come back to them tomorrow, or next week, and carry on.

Those answers never leave your device. They are not sent to us, they do not reach our servers, and we cannot read them. They are stored under names beginning ish.plan.v1., one for each challenge you have started, and they stay until you remove them.

You can remove them at any time. Every challenge has a Clear my answers button at the bottom, and clearing your browser's site data for this site removes them too. If you print your plan before clearing it, the printed copy is yours to keep.

Because this happens entirely on your own device, answers you write on your phone will not appear on your computer. Your answers stay with you if you switch language.

Remembering that you have been inside

The home page opens on a single screen, and the rest of it unfolds once you have been through the experience. So that you are not asked to do that twice in one visit, we keep a single marker in your browser under the name ish.seen.v1. It records nothing but the fact that you got as far as the body, and it is deleted the moment you close the tab.
